Peaceful Meditation

Relax. relax.  Relax.
BREATHE 



Today is the second morning that I've gone to 6 am meditation.  It's so incredibly peaceful. Who knew that 40 minutes of closing your eyes and not thinking could make you feel so rested and ready to start the day?   
I feel like the past two days have been so productive.  Even though about this time during the day I get a little tired.  It really is worth it.
This mornings session was very successful for me.  Even though I was thinking a lot, I could feel that my body was at rest. It was...*sighs with relief.*...great.
Most certainly going again tomorrow.
